In the heart of the historic center of Lerici, we present “The Sea from the Balcony”: a small yet cozy apartment, ideal for up to 4 guests.

To immediately immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the village, simply walk down three typical Ligurian flights of stairs (37 steps) to reach the lively town center. Just outside the front door, you will find everything you need within easy reach: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, greengrocer, and newsstand.

As you step inside the apartment, you will be welcomed by the authentic warmth of Ligurian homes, featuring exposed wooden beams and charming niches carved into the historic walls.

The highlight is the equipped balcony, offering a beautiful view of the Castello di Lerici, located just a few meters above sea level.

The living area is bright and comfortable, thanks to two large double-glazed French doors that open onto the balcony. Here you will find a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with induction hob, and a dining table for four.

A short hallway leads to the intimate and essential double bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe and drawers. From the bedroom window, you can look out onto a characteristic Ligurian alley (caruggio), experiencing the true soul of the village.

At the end of the hallway, there is a small but complete bathroom, with a window, a recently renovated shower, and a 40-liter water heater for hot water.

The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts needed for a carefree stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning.

The sea from the balcony is the perfect choice for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday, forget about the car, and make the most of all the services and amenities in the town center. Recently renovated, the apartment has been carefully updated to offer an even more pleasant experience for its guests.

The price includes:

• Property delivered fully cleaned
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas for cooking use)
• Bed linen and towels with weekly change
• Final cleaning

The price does not include:

• Check-in after 7:00 PM will incur an additional cost of €50.00
• Improper waste disposal (non-sorted garbage) will incur an additional fee of €50.00
• Tourist tax (The municipal tourist tax of €4 per person, for the first five nights, for guests aged 12 and over, must be paid upon arrival.)

At the time of booking, guests are required to provide the names and ages of all occupants through the Check-in Form, which will be sent via email, for registration with the relevant authorities.
