Lerici

We are in Lerici, an ancient village where goods and pilgrims used to come, old tales through time. A strategic-ego-centric place consisting of two National Parks, Parco Appennino Tosco-Emiliano and Parco delle 5 Terre, and a Regional Park, Parco di Montemarcello; a vast territory from Liguria to Tuscany, including the reality of Lunigiana, Val di Vara, Garfagnana and then, Versilia, the archipelago of Tuscany and also Corsica, with its historical and cultural connections with the Italian peninsula. A seaside village that assimilated the docking characteristic and, as concerning a port reality, where people from all over the world met and still meet. For many, Lerici will be a chance to allow themselves time off, for others, it will be a starting or re-starting point. Some may have the desire to stay, and others will get out to sea looking for new ports but bringing with them a bit of the “richness” of this dynamic and clear panorama, perceived as the vision of a mariner that tries to capture with only one look the north – Tyrrhenian basin. The castle, always there, as a friend but also as a reference point, a guarantee against the solitude of the sailor.
