Casa Møjn townhouse is situated where the historical village of La Serra meets the green slopes. The house offers you quiet and beatiful surroundings, stunning views of the Bay of Poets, olive trees and the traditional terracotta coloured houses, typical of the region of Cinque Terre. These spectacular views ca be enjoyed from under the shade of the pergola in the front garden, the back garden, the balcony, and from all of the rooms, even from the bathroom! Literally just outside the house you'll find several hiking trails and the beaches of Fiascherino and Lerici are close by (25/30 minutes by foot, 15/20 minutes by bike or by bus, 10/15 minutes by car). The house is decorated in a mix of local and Scandinavian interior style and all bedrooms and living rooms have separate air conditioning to keep it cool during summer. You enter the house from the front garden into a cosy living room with a fireplace, dining area and an open kitchen. The ground floor also includes a toilet with a washing machine. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are situated on the two upper floors, all with stunning sea views. The master bedroom is spacious as is the second big bedroom with visible roof beams. The third bedroom has a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea as well as the surrounding olive trees. On the first floor you also find the entrace to the back garden of the house. Please, help yourself to figs from the fig tree, artichokes or various herbs for cooking. There is a reserved parking space in front of the house. The access can be a bit tricky if you have a bigger car. There are other, public parking spaces nearby and by the main road (300mt by foot).Surroundings.
Only 4 minutes walk away from Casa Møjn, you will find a local restaurant offering not only high quality food (lots of sea food) but also stunning views of the bay, the sea and Lerici town. In the village you also have La Serra's coffee bar, a store with local produce, a grocery store and a news agent that all contribute to an authentic and local feel. 5 minutes away you will find a bus that takes you to Lerici (tickets at the newagent or at the bar). The bus is especially convenient to take during high season where parking in Lerici can be a bit tricky. Lerici town can also be reached by foot; it is a 20-25 minutes walk mainly via pedestrian path and stairs. Walking back to Casa Møjn from Lerici will take a bit longer, as it is uphill! In Lerici town you will find many bars and restaurants, especially sea food restaurants, many of them located near the charming port of Lerici. There is also a beatiful sea front walk, that takes you to along the port of Lerici and to its sandy beaches. Most of the summer there is also an amusement park for kids in the port area. It is very lively. In Lerici you also find a pharmacy , a small supermarket, several pastry shops and other shops. In the town of Sarzana (15-20 minutes drive away from the coast), you will find big supermarkets, like Basko, Ipercoop etc. 30-40 minutes away by car, you can find more beaches (wider ones), if you go to for example to Marina di Massa or Forte dei Marmi. The area also have several wine and olive oil producers ... Promise us, you will not leave until you have tried Da Mario's focaccia in Romito Magra (8-10 minutes drive away; don't be fooled by the exteriors).
