In three days, through theoretical and practical lessons in small groups, you will learn the fundamental techniques of breathing, equalization, and relaxation, enabling you to safely dive up to 10 meters deep.
Basic equipment is included, and you will have the option to rent specific fins for freediving. Upon completion, after passing the final exam, you will receive the international SSI Basic Freediver certification.
Open to participants aged 12 and up, the course includes DAN Europe insurance coverage, allowing you to enjoy a unique experience in the crystal-clear waters of Lerici with complete peace of mind.
