On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a convenient pantry and a practical shower: perfect for returning from the beach and relaxing straight away. A second independent entrance leads to the bright living room, with a spectacular view of the sea and the ancient Saracen tower, a true symbol of the village. The sleeping area is spread over the two upper floors: on the second floor is a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom with tub; on the upper floor are two further double bedrooms with walk-in wardrobe, one of which has a sea view. A second bathroom with shower completes the sleeping area. Recently renovated, the house elegantly combines the typical elements of Ligurian architecture with modern comforts, offering a cosy and functional environment. The location is incomparable: just a stone's throw from the small port of Tellaro and the panoramic terrace, you can enjoy the sea every day, take a swim under the house and dine in the typical restaurants overlooking the splendid Gulf of Poets, with views of Portovenere and the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. At the time of booking guests will be required to enter the names and ages of the persons who will be staying at the property in the Check-in Form, which will be sent by email, for the purpose of notifying the competent authorities.
