Despite its central location in the residential area of Lericina, the house is located off the busy main streets of the village, guaranteeing peace and quiet for its guests. During your stay, you will enjoy the garden in front of the flat and the spacious terrace with sea view. Upon entering the house you will immediately find a small hallway. The first door on the right leads to the kitchen equipped with every convenience including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and various cooking appliances. In the adjoining room there is a spacious living room with, two large French windows overlooking the terrace, a smart TV, comfortable armchairs, two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, and a reading corner with a well-stocked bookcase. The sleeping area consists of, double bedroom with wardrobe and large window overlooking the garden and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, TV and wardrobe.The French window in the latter gives direct access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The furnishing of the flat is very nice, colourful and aimed at the recovery and revaluation of antique furniture. You can use the private car park which is a many flights of stairs from the flat. Flat la Bouganville is recommended for groups of friends, as well as for a family holiday.The price includes:
