Attic apartment with sea view. Right at the beginning of the picturesque village of Serra is Vista Paradiso, an apartment with the perfect balance of views and folklore. From the windows overlooking the sea, you can enjoy the view of a typical Ligurian sunset, laden with the hues that characterize our area. From the interior windows overlooking one of the Serra's carruggi, you can foretaste the dynamics and folklore typical of a small town, with the smell of freshly baked bread and the sight of the activities of small local stores. Subject to availability, it is possible to reserve a private parking space about 150 m away with a daily supplement not included in the rental price. . You can reach the apartment by following the driveway to the small square with children's games, or by a short red staircase that you will meet right in front of you a few meters after leaving the garage. In either case, you will find yourself directly on Costa Street, where a few meters away will be the wooden doorway with the number 6. From the ground floor, to the apartment floor the flights of stairs in total consist of 48 typically Ligurian steps. Entering the house you will find yourself in a small hallway with closet, on the left the stairs leading to the attic, on the right instead a bathroom with window and shower. Passing the bathroom, you will enter the master bedroom of which you can use the walk-in closet and two bedside tables. Living room and dining room are in the same room, very bright and equipped with sofa, armchair, fireplace and opening dining table. Going up the stairs you will reach the attic room, with a maximum height of 1.75 meters, which will feature a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is no air conditioning in the apartment as it is not necessary. The windows in the house are all very large and equipped with mosquito nets, which will allow you to leave them open and create the right comfort.
